Product FAQs
We control the entire process from grove to table — planting, harvesting, pressing, and bottling — ensuring purity, traceability, and outstanding flavour. Our oils are carbon-negative and produced using sustainable farming practices that support local communities.
Our oil is produced on our family-owned farm in Jordan, where olive cultivation has been a tradition for generations.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of olive oil, extracted through cold-pressing without the use of heat or chemicals. It is valued for its purity, freshness, and naturally occurring antioxidant compounds such as polyphenols.
Polyphenols are antioxidant compounds found naturally in early-harvest olives. They contribute to the distinctive flavour, peppery finish, and premium quality of our oils.
ONSURI oils typically range from 470 mg/kg to over 1,600 mg/kg in polyphenol content, confirmed by third-party lab testing.
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20g of olive oil, applicable only to olive oil containing at least 5mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20g.
Keep in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light. Once opened, use within 3–6 months for peak freshness.
Our oils are best enjoyed within 24 months of harvest. The harvest date is printed on every tin and bottle.
Yes, all our oils are cold-pressed without heat or chemicals. Independent tests by the Royal Scientific Society confirm our oil meets the highest standards for extra virgin olive oil.

Yes, all ONSURI oils are naturally gluten-free.
Yes. Many of our customers choose to use extra virgin olive oil as part of their personal skincare and haircare routines. ONSURI olive oil is food‑grade, pure, and safe for topical use, making it suitable if you wish to incorporate olive oil into your skin or hair care practices.
For olive oil bearing the authorised polyphenol health claim, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20g of olive oil (approximately 1.5 tablespoons), provided it contains at least 5mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20g.
