ARBOSANA
Elegant, refined, and beautifully composed, this year’s harvest showcases a more delicate expression of Arbosana. A floral bouquet with fresh apple and green almond opens on the nose, leading into a smooth, gentle palate with mild flavours and a carefully balanced bitterness and pungency. The result is an oil that is both sophisticated and highly approachable.

ARBEQUINA
This rare, early-season expression bursts with vivid green fruit, youthful energy, and an elevated antioxidant profile — the purest reflection of the grove at the start of harvest. Its fresh, grassy character and gentle pepper lift are beautifully balanced by Arbequina’s natural smoothness, creating an oil that is both expressive and elegant.

SIGNATURE
