Olive Oil on My Porridge

I thought of olive oil only as something to fry with and therefore usually bought supermarket own brands. After investigating the Onsuri website I purchased 4 tins and recently another 2. I have a bowl of porridge for breakfast every day to which I add one desert spoon of oil and drink another one. I am approaching 81 and am feeling the health benefits already.
