Elegant, refined, and beautifully composed, this year’s harvest showcases a more delicate expression of Arbosana. A floral bouquet with fresh apple and green almond opens on the nose, leading into a smooth, gentle palate with mild flavours and a carefully balanced bitterness and pungency. The result is an oil that is both sophisticated and highly approachable.

Across the harvest, subtle nuances emerge. One expression reveals sweet marzipan and lifted citrus notes, evolving into a super-smooth, nutty finish with a long, graceful persistence. Another offers delicate florals layered over soft green almond, unfolding into a buttery texture that brings harmony and finesse to every dish.

Produced from early-harvest olives grown on our single estate, this oil reflects precision at every stage — from grove to extraction. Its versatility makes it ideal for salads, dressings, delicate fish, and vegetable-led dishes, where its elegance enhances rather than overpowers.

This is my favorite oil that comes from Onsuri, I don't know the official terminology but for me it's the high level of polyphenols that are only slightly lower than Arbequina but it is smoother than Arbequina. So you don't have too much of the peppery kick at the back of the throat. For my health I choose this Onsuri oil.
